Our group exercise programs are inclusive and can be done either seated or standing, depending on individual needs and preferences. We understand that everyone has unique circumstances, which is why we offer specialty classes for individuals living with Parkinson’s, MS, acquired brain injury, stroke, dementia, and other conditions. These classes are tailored to address specific needs and provide a supportive environment.
Engaging in physical activity is crucial for healthy aging, and our group classes provide an opportunity to not only improve physical well-being but also foster social participation. We believe that these two components go hand in hand and contribute to overall well-being.
